The Mentorship Program

Leadership as a way of being — lived, practiced, and embodied in the conditions of your actual life.

The Mentorship Program is an ongoing leadership environment for men who want to deepen and live their leadership — not as something they do occasionally, but as a fundamental orientation toward how they meet life.

This program provides personalized guidance and support to integrate ontological distinctions at a practical level, work with real-time challenges and breakdowns, and design breakthrough results in the areas that matter most.

Each session blends group mentorship with individualized coaching, creating a dynamic environment where participants are supported, challenged, and guided in applying leadership as a lived practice.

An Ongoing Leadership Environment

The Mentorship Program is not a continuation of a course.
It is an ongoing leadership environment designed to support men in living the distinctions of ontological leadership in the context of their real lives.

Participants bring current challenges, commitments, and breakdowns into the space. Together, we work with what is actually happening — not hypotheticals or case studies — so leadership becomes embodied rather than conceptual.

The program provides continuity, accountability, and depth for men who are committed to sustained development beyond foundational training.

Who the Mentorship Program Is For

The Mentorship Program is designed for men who:

  • Have completed foundational leadership work (such as The Leadership Course or equivalent)

  • Are actively leading in their work, relationships, or communities

  • Want to deepen embodiment rather than acquire more concepts

  • Are willing to bring real, current challenges into the space

  • Value accountability, rigor, and honest inquiry

This program supports men who are serious about living leadership — not as an idea, but as a daily practice.

This Program May Not Be a Fit If You:

  • Are new to ontological distinctions

  • Are looking for a fixed curriculum or linear progression

  • Prefer one-off coaching rather than an ongoing environment

  • Are unwilling to engage openly with real situations

Clarity here helps ensure the mentorship space remains focused, rigorous, and effective.

How the Mentorship Works

The Mentorship Program meets regularly and is structured to work with what is alive and current for participants.

Each session includes:

  • Group mentorship and facilitated inquiry

  • Individual coaching within the group setting

  • Real-time work on challenges, commitments, and breakdowns

  • Practical application of ontological distinctions

Rather than following a preset curriculum, the work is responsive to the realities participants are facing, allowing leadership to be developed in context rather than theory.

Over time, this creates depth, continuity, and integration that cannot be achieved through isolated coaching sessions or short-term programs.

Over time, participants experience leadership not as a role they step into, but as a lived way of being.

Men in the Mentorship Program develop:

Leadership as a Lived Expression
Leadership becomes a natural self-expression rather than something you do only in certain roles or situations.

Greater Consistency and Follow-Through
Increased discipline and self-trust that comes from honoring your word and your commitments.

Expanded Capacity to Coach and Inspire Others
The ability to see and evoke greatness in others, becoming a source of transformation in teams and relationships.

Clarity of Vision and Purpose
Communicating your stand and commitments with precision and power that enrolls others.

Resilience in Breakdowns and Setbacks
Transforming obstacles into opportunities and remaining effective in challenging circumstances.

Confidence in Taking Stands and Enrolling Others
Declaring bold possibilities and inspiring others to join you in making them real.

Integration into Daily Life
Leadership principles become a lived reality, not just intellectual concepts.

Frequently Asked Question:

Do I need to complete The Leadership Course before joining the Mentorship Program?

No. Completion of The Leadership Course is not required.

The Mentorship Program is designed to meet participants where they are. While familiarity with ontological distinctions can be helpful, it is not necessary. The program provides the context, guidance, and support needed to engage fully and apply leadership as a way of being directly to your life and commitments.

For men who have completed The Leadership Course, the Mentorship Program offers a powerful environment to deepen, integrate, and live the distinctions. For those who have not, it stands on its own as a rigorous and transformative leadership experience.

If you’re unsure whether the Mentorship Program is the right next step, we invite you to book a conversation to explore what will best support you now.
