The Leadership Course

A 10-session experiential leadership course for men who want to lead with greater clarity, integrity, and impact — by shifting how they show up, not just what they do.

Most leadership programs focus on techniques, strategies, and behaviors.
This course works at a deeper level.

Leadership doesn’t begin with what you do — it begins with who you are being in the situations that matter most. When your way of being shifts, new actions become possible. When new actions become possible, results change.

This course is designed to create that shift.

Transform Your Leadership from Within

Most leadership programs focus on techniques, strategies, and behaviors.
This course works at a deeper level.

Leadership doesn’t begin with what you do — it begins with who you are being in the situations that matter most.

When your way of being shifts, new actions become possible.
When new actions become possible, results change.

This course is designed to create that shift.

You’ll work with practical distinctions in how you listen, speak, take responsibility, and make commitments — so leadership becomes a natural self-expression rather than an effort.

Who This Course Is For

This course is well-suited for men who:

  • Hold responsibility — in leadership, business, community, or family

  • Feel effective, yet constrained, stretched, or stuck

  • Want to lead with more authenticity, confidence, and ease

  • Are willing to examine their assumptions and habitual patterns

  • Are open to practice, reflection, and real-world application

This Course May Not Be a Fit If You:

  • Are looking primarily for tips, tactics, or formulas

  • Cannot commit to attending all sessions

  • Are unwilling to engage in between-session practices

  • Prefer purely intellectual or theoretical learning

This clarity helps ensure a cohort grounded in commitment, trust, and shared seriousness of purpose.

How the Course Works

The Leadership Course is designed as a cumulative, experiential journey. Each session builds on what came before, so what you discover early becomes the foundation for later work.

Each session includes:

  • Live, facilitated conversation

  • Guided experiential exercises

  • Coaching and inquiry

  • Application to real situations you are facing now

Between sessions, you’ll engage in simple but meaningful practices — typically 60–90 minutes per week — designed to bring the work into your daily life.

Because the work is relational and cumulative, your presence and participation matter.

Core Leadership Topics

These are not concepts to memorize.
They are distinctions you will practice until they become usable in the situations that matter most.

Integrity
Restoring trust with yourself and others.

Authenticity
Leading without pretense, armor, or performance.

Higher Purpose
Orienting action toward what truly matters.

Stand
Choosing who you are committed to being, regardless of circumstance.

Commitment
Moving beyond motivation to reliability.

Enrollment
Inspiring action without force, pressure, or persuasion.

These distinctions form the backbone of the course and are revisited repeatedly as your capacity to use them deepens.

Advanced Leadership Dimensions

As the course progresses, participants work with advanced dimensions of leadership that become essential under pressure, uncertainty, and change.

Performance
Shifting the conditions that shape results — not simply working harder or trying longer.

Breakdown & Failure
Learning to recognize breakdowns early and convert them into leadership opportunities rather than setbacks.

These dimensions support leaders in staying grounded and effective when circumstances are complex, ambiguous, or demanding.

Our Promise to You

By the end of the course, participants consistently report meaningful shifts in how they show up — especially in moments that previously felt difficult or constraining.

You can expect:

Greater Personal Power
A steadier, more grounded way of showing up, particularly in challenging conversations and situations.

Expanded Leadership Capacity
Increased ability to take a stand, enroll others, and act with clarity rather than hesitation.

Practical Confidence
Less avoidance, less second-guessing, and more follow-through in what truly matters.

This course is not about becoming someone else.
It is about becoming more fully who you already are — with fewer constraints.
