Small-Group Classes

Focused, experiential classes for men who want to work deeply on the areas of life that matter most — in an intimate, accountable setting.

Our Small-Group Classes offer concentrated exploration of topics central to men’s personal development and mature leadership. Each class is intentionally small, allowing for individual attention, meaningful dialogue, and real-world application.

Participants are introduced to key ontological distinctions and actively practice applying them to their own lives — building genuine competence, insight, and agency.

Some classes run as structured series with defined start and end dates. Others are ongoing, allowing men to join when a particular area of life calls for focused work.

How Small-Group Classes Work

Small-Group Classes are designed as focused, experiential learning environments where men work directly with specific areas of life and leadership.

Each class:

  • Centers on a clearly defined theme or life domain

  • Combines practical distinctions with real-time application

  • Encourages honest dialogue and shared learning

  • Emphasizes practice over theory

Groups are intentionally small to support depth, accountability, and meaningful participation. Men are invited to bring real experiences, challenges, and questions into the work so learning translates directly into life.

Depending on the class, groups may meet for a fixed number of sessions or operate as an ongoing series.
